Our products are made following the ancient recipe, with only natural ingredients, and without any preservative.
Our products do not feature chemical leaven and the dough long leavening time gives the final product a unique taste.
The artisanal manufacturing process we chose to apply makes our products contain low fat and can be suitable also for a low-fat diet.
We use exclusively natural ingredients coming from local crops, without any OGM or derivate.
